Looks like that didn’t work

You opened your planner in a preview (the Files app, the Etsy app, Mail or Quick Look), and previews can’t run it. Pick your device and follow the steps:

If you’re on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open your access sheet (the PDF from your order) and tap Open it on the web. It opens in Safari with your order number already in the link.
  2. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
  3. Open your planner from the new icon — it works like an app, and offline once it has opened the first time.

If you’re on an Android phone or tablet

  1. Open your access sheet (the PDF from your order) and tap Open it on the web. It opens in Chrome.
  2. Tap ⋮ → Add to Home screen (or Install app).
  3. Open your planner from the new icon.

If you’re on a Mac

  1. Open Finder → Downloads and find this file.
  2. Right-click this file → Open With → Safari or Chrome.
  3. Bookmark the tab (⌘D) so it is one click away.

If you’re on a Windows PC

  1. Open File Explorer → Downloads and find this file.
  2. Right-click this file → Open with → Chrome or Edge.
  3. Bookmark the tab (Ctrl+D) so it is one click away.

Using more than one device? We recommend the web version. The downloaded file keeps your plans in one browser on one device, so changes you make there don’t sync to your other devices.
