Bought on Etsy? Tap "Open it on the web" on your access sheet first — it carries your order number, so your planner is unlocked the moment you sign in. The file you downloaded needs no account.

We will send a link to that address if it has an account. You can also message us in the shop and we will reset it by hand.

Signing in keeps a copy of each planner on our server so your phone and your computer show the same thing. You can take it with you any time, and deleting the account deletes it.
