One purchase, yours forever, for you and the people you live with. Use it as your planner, not as a product of your own.

1. What you are buying

A planner app as a single HTML file, a getting-started sheet with your download link, and access to the same app on the web at onemorethingapp.com. The purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing expires.

2. What you may do with it

  • Use it on as many of your own devices as you like, and with the people in your household.
  • Keep copies and backups of your file. Updates are free from the same download link.
  • Change it for your own use if you know how. We do not support modified copies.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, give away, publish or bundle the file, or put it up for download anywhere.
  • Share your download link or your order number — both are personal, and the link can be closed if it is handed around.
  • Sell it as your own product, with or without changes, or use it as a template in a product of your own.
  • Remove or hide where it came from in a copy you pass to someone else (which you may not do anyway).

The app, its design and its text stay ours. You are buying a licence to use it, not the ownership of it.

4. Delivery and the download link

After your order we send a sheet with a download link that carries your order number. Downloading does not use the number up: the link keeps working for updates. If a link is used in a way that looks like it has been passed around, we may close that one and give you a new one.

5. The web version

  • Opening the web link on your order sheet once links your order number to your account, and that account may then use that planner on the web. One order number, one account.
  • Signing in is optional. Without an account the web version keeps your data in that browser, as the downloaded file does.
  • With an account we keep one copy of that planner on our server so your devices agree. See Privacy.
  • We aim to keep the web version up but cannot promise an uptime figure. It is a convenience next to the file you own — and the file is the thing that cannot be taken away from you.
  • If an order is refunded, the web access that came with it closes. Your downloaded file and the data in your browser stay yours.
  • We may close an account that is used to attack the service, to share one purchase between strangers, or to store something unlawful. We will tell you why.

6. Refunds

You buy through Etsy or Gumroad, and that shop's refund policy applies. Digital goods are often non-refundable once delivered, but we would rather have a happy reader than a kept payment: if the app does not do what the listing says, write to us through a message in the shop you bought from (Etsy · Gumroad) and we will sort it out.

7. Your data is your job too

Your planner lives in your browser, and browsers lose data when they are cleared, reinstalled or replaced. Export a backup now and then — the app has a one-tap export, and Chrome and Edge can write a backup file automatically. We keep the last few versions of a planner stored on our server, but we cannot restore what we never had.

8. No professional advice

These planners are organising tools. Nothing in them is medical, psychological, financial, legal or nutritional advice, and nothing in them should replace a professional. The pregnancy edition has no medical thresholds in it on purpose and does not know your pregnancy; the budget and debt tools do arithmetic on numbers you type. Decisions you take after reading them are yours.

9. What we do not promise

The app is sold as it is. We cannot promise it is free of faults, that it fits a particular plan of yours, or that every browser will behave. As far as the law allows, our liability for anything connected to the app or this site is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost data, lost time, lost profit or any indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited, including your statutory rights where the app is faulty.

10. Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases and for how the web version is run; the date above changes with them. What you already bought keeps working under the terms you bought it under.

11. Which law, and getting in touch

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of the seller's place of business have jurisdiction; if you buy as a consumer in your own country, the protections of your own law still apply to you. The easiest way to reach a person is a message in the shop you bought from (Etsy · Gumroad) — the same place you bought it.
